Orders are processed and fulfilled same-day, Monday to Sunday. We hand-pack all orders from our Whistler cabin studio, where we also stock all of our products.

We use sustainable and eco-friendly glass and paper packaging to pack all of our orders. From time to time, this means things break. If any product arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item(s) and send to Heelr.me@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement for any unusable products at no cost.
All of our products are 100% vegan and plant-based. We are 100% one with nature and never test on animals.

The following essential oils are recommended for use during pregnancy as they can alter hormones: Aniseed, Basil, Birch, Camphor, Clary Sage, Hyssop, Mogwort, Oak Moss, Parley Seed or Leaf, Pennyroyal, Peppermint, Rosemary, Rue, Sage, Tansy, Tarragon, Thuja, Thyme, Wintergreen and Wormwood. Products in our line to avoid as they contain one of these oils: White Light (camphor), In Flow (thyme and clary sage), Chill Out (peppermint)
99% of our packaging and ingredients come from suppliers in Canada (Specifically Salmon Arm, Vancouver and Calgary). These suppliers use local ingredients when possible (like Meadowfoam seed oil, contained in Goldenface Facial Oil sourced from the Pacific Northwest, and the collodial clay from Candian glaciers that goes into our Glacial Clay Masque). Other important natural ingredients we use are imported, like the Dead Sea salt in our Glacial Bath Soak, sourced of course from the Dead Sea itself.
